The elected leadership of Cambridge City, Dublin, East Germantown, Economy, Milton, Richmond, Spring Grove, and Wayne County have agreed to work together to develop a Strategic Investment Plan that would allow us to invest one-time federal dollars from the American Rescue Plan to their best advantage in our respective communities. You may hear this referred to as the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program (HELP) which is sponsored by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Our target audience is anyone and everyone who lives or works in Wayne County.
We are asking for your input to identify the areas in which those dollars could have the greatest longterm benefit to all of us.
Please note that we will not ask you to identify yourself in any way other than by identifying the community in which you live and/or work. Purdue University is hosting this electronic survey and will keep your email address private. Only the aggregate responses, sorted by community, will be shared with us. The questions we ask are intentionally broad to avoid any possibility of steering you toward a given response.
We ask that you follow the link below this letter and take the few minutes necessary to complete the three questions of this survey. Your responses will help to guide the development of our Strategic Investment Plans. In order for your answers to be tabulated, you must answer the questions on where you live and work and at least one of the three questions about the challenges/opportunities of your community. https://pcrd.purdue.edu/WayneHELP
Thank you for agreeing to help by taking our five-minute survey!
Sincerely,
Jeff Plasterer, President
Wayne County Board of Commissioners
Dave Snow, Mayor
City of Richmond
