Mayor Dave Snow has appointed Tracey Phillips to the position of Director of Information Technologies for the City of Richmond. Mr. Phillips has worked as the Director of Information Technologies for the Indiana State Hospital for 23 years. In that position he has fostered a strong relationship with the Indiana Office of Technology and has overseen planning, direction, and day to day operations of the State Hospital.
Mr. Phillips is a recent Richmond resident, and is excited to not only live in, but also serve this community through this position.
Mayor Snow said “Tracey navigated a rigorous selection process, and stood out amongst a field of highly qualified candidates. I have tremendous confidence in his ability to lead our IT Department with forward vision, and a solid understanding of our day to day needs.”
Tracey Phillips said “I am thankful for the opportunity to make new connections and the ability to serve the community in which I live. The possibilities are very exciting!”
