General Information

The Middlefork Reservoir Park is a 405-acre facility which hosts a 177-acre stream and spring-fed lake. Owned by the Indiana-American Water Company, the Reservoir provides 60% of the water supply to the City of Richmond. The Parks and Recreation Department manages the recreation facilities and maintains the park grounds. In addition to fishing and boating, the park also hosts indoor and outdoor picnic areas, various active and passive play areas, hiking trails, and an excellent setting for enjoying an afternoon in the sun. Located on Sylvan Nook Drive, the Middlefork Reservoir is undoubtedly one of Richmond's best kept secrets.

Hill's Bark Park

Richmond's first bark park for our four legged, canine friends and their owners to socialize in a fenced in, safe area. We invite you to come out and be a part of the canine community and feel safe knowing that your dog can run and play in a controlled environment.

Keep your eyes open for Phase II of the Hill's Bark Park project. We will soon begin construction on the Agility Park expansion of the bark park.

Most of all, please abide by the bark park rules so that everyone is safe.
