The City of Richmond Information and Referral Service is the link to human needs and will guide clients in their search for emergency housing and food. We are available to research possible services for any person needing assistance and direct stranded travelers to emergency care. We are working with the United Way and the Mayor’s Homelessness Committee in providing needed information.
