I want to thank all of you for your friendship, advice and continued support over the past four years. The City of Richmond is a wonderful place to live and the envy of many Indiana communities. Good schools, quality housing stock, a commitment to helping our neighbors and the continued growth and expansion of good-paying jobs combine to make Richmond the center of East Central Indiana.
