            IN MEMORY OF TREY KIDWELL
Who lost his life June 4, 2007

Many lives were changed and will never, never be the same

Ready to start his senior year at Centerville High School, on the academic team, and the swim team, well liked and an all around good kid, says the assistant principal at Centerville High School --- that all came to an abrupt end after a tragic accident---

17 year old Trey Kidwell of Centerville, Indiana, drowned when his car crashed and submerged in Brookville Lake on June 4, 2007. 9News reported, two teenagers got lost on their way home at 12:29 a.m. and made a wrong turn. Their car drove off a boat ramp and into Brookville Lake. The passenger was able to escape but Trey did not even as an avid swimmer who worked as a life guard for 2 years.

            &amp;ldquo;TWO Minutes To Survival&amp;rdquo; (http://www.in.gov/isp/2691.htm)
We hope the information below and theVideo (http://www.in.gov/isp/2691.htm) on the Indiana State Police website
will save the life of someone who find themselves in a similar situation.

Please take time to watch the Video as a tribute to Trey Kidwell and his family

            P O G O: 1. Pop 2. Open 3. Get Out

Approximately 300 people drown every year because they could not escape from their sinking vehicles. They would have survived if they had known that the most effective method of escape is to get out immediately -- through a window. Remember &amp;ldquo;POGO&amp;rdquo; a quick and easy escape method will help save lives and bring awareness.

To avoid panic, the escape procedure must be simple, quick, and easy to remember
            POGO
            1. Pop ----or release your seatbelt(s); release children from restraints and bring them close to an adult who can assist in their escape.
            2. Open ----or break windows.
            3. Get Out ----children should be pushed out of the window first, and followed immediately (climb atop the car and then call for help or get to shore)

			<title>Amended Comprehensive Plan</title>
			<link>http://richmondindiana.gov/content/view/246/38/</link>
<description>Active Projects (http://richmondindiana.gov/index2.php?option=com_docman task=doc_view gid=1415 Itemid=93) that seem at this time to be the best specific ways to implement the plan. This committee and these groups have made substantial progress on a number of these projects, and have also found that some elements of the original plan should be revised and updated. The structure for implementing the plan and also for revising it, as needed, has been tested and everyone involved is encouraged by the results.
These amendments (http://richmondindiana.gov/index2.php?option=com_docman task=doc_view gid=1413 Itemid=93) were introduced to the Plan Commission on August 27, 2009.</description>
