154.24 O-1 GREENBELT DISTRICT
154.24.00 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES
No building, structure or land shall be erected, altered, enlarged or used which is arranged or designed for other than one (1) of the following uses, except as provided herein and in 154.16.
154.24.00.01 Agriculture
The usual agricultural buildings and structures including farm dwellings, but not including animal and poultry husbandry and dairying.
154.24.00.02 Residential
One-family dwellings
154.24.00.03 Recreational
Parks, playgrounds, playfields, swimming pools, skating rinks, public and private campgrounds, golf courses, hunting and fishing clubs, game preserves, nature areas and similar outdoor recreational uses, for the purpose of preservation and enjoyment of the natural resources of the property.
154.24.00.04 Water supply works, flood control
Watershed protection works, fish hatcheries and hydro-electric power plants.
154.24.00.05 Utility
Public utility and communications buildings necessary for the furnishing of adequate service to the area but not including general offices, garages, warehouses, outdoor storage, sewage disposal plants and disposal of garbage and refuse. (Ord. 45-1995)
154.24.00.06 Manufactured home
One-family manufactured home. (Ord. 20-1982)
154.24.00.07 Water plants
Water processing and packaging plants. (Ord. 66-1995)
154.24.01 ACCESSORY USES
Accessory uses, building or structures customarily incidental to any aforesaid principal or special use shall be permitted in conjunction with such use.
154.24.02 HEIGHT REGULATIONS
No principal structure shall exceed two (2) and one-half (2-1/2) stories or thirty (30) feet and no accessory structures shall exceed one (1) story or fifteen (15) feet except as provided in 154.51.
154.24.03 LOT AREA, WIDTH AND YARD REQUIREMENTS
The following minimum requirements shall apply except as provided in 154.50-154.54.
