154.60.05           VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
 
                           Any building erected, raised or converted, or land or premises used in violation of any provision of this Ordinance is hereby declared to be a common nuisance and the owner of such building, land or premises shall be liable for maintaining a common nuisance. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of the Ordinance or any amendment or supplement thereto, shall be guilty of an Ordinance Violation, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less the ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than three hundred ($300.00) dollars. Each and every day during which such violation is permitted to be maintained may be deemed a separate offense.
