152.02 USE OF MOBILE HOME FOR HABITATION
No person shall use a mobile home or permit a mobile home to be used for human habitation outside a state licensed mobile home park. No person shall erect a tent to be occupied for overnight accommodation, in such mobile home park. (‘72 Code, 34.02) (Ord. 1325-1947) Penalty, see 10.99
