118.06 MAINTENANCE OF CROSSINGS
It shall be the duty of railroad companies to grade and plank or pave the street, alley, and sidewalk where their tracks cross any street, alley, or sidewalk. The crossings shall be built and maintained as directed by the City Engineer. (‘72 Code, 38.08) (Ordained 10-6-1879)
