115.18 Sale or Transfer of License
115.18 SALE OR TRANSFER OF LICENSE
Any license granted herein is non transferable except on death of licensee. Any heir or devisee of a deceased licensee, or any guardian of an heir or devisee of a deceased licensee, may continue the business of the public bath, steam bath, health club, reducing salon, or massage establishment for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 60 days to allow for an orderly transfer of the license.
