112.99 PENALTY
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, on conviction for the first offense, be fined in any sum not to exceed $100. For the second or any subsequent offense, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200, and in case of the second or any subsequent violation the person’s license under this chapter may, in the discretion of the court, be revoked.
