111.10 DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) “PUBLIC DANCE” - A dance to which admission can be had by payment of a fee, or by the purchase, possession, or presentation of a ticket or token, at which a charge is made for the care of clothing or other property, to which the public generally may gain admission with or without payment of a fee, or where an individual fee is charged or collected for participation in any individual dance.
(b) “PUBLIC DANCE HALL” - Any room, place, or space in which a public dance shall be held, or a hall or academy in which classes in dancing are held and instructions in dancing are given for hire, where admission can be held by payment of a fee, or by the purchase, possession, or presentation of a ticket or token, in which a charge is made for the care of clothing or property, or where the public generally may gain admission with or without payment of a fee.
