110.04 BOND AND INSURANCE
All required bonds for licenses shall be executed by two sureties, or a surety company, and shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor and Council. Where policies of insurance are required, the policies shall be approved as to substance and form by the City Attorney. Satisfactory evidence of coverage by bond or insurance shall be filed with the City Controller before the license is issued. (‘72 Code, 31.04)
