74.15 PARKING NOT TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC
No vehicle shall be stood or parked on a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 15 feet of the width of the street for free movement of vehicular traffic.
The operator of a vehicle or owner of an unattended vehicle shall be liable for violation of this section and fined $20.00. (Ord. 116-1997)
