71.44 Permits for Parades and Processions
71.44 PERMITS FOR PARADES AND PROCESSIONS
No procession or parade containing 25 or more persons or five or more vehicles, except the forces of the U.S. Defense Department or the forces of the Police and Fire Departments, shall occupy, march, or proceed along any street except in accordance and with permission of the Board.
