70.03 Accident Report Account
70.03 ACCIDENT REPORT ACCOUNT
The Police Department shall collect a fee of $8 for each copy of an accident report as provided in I.C. 9-29-11-1. The fee collected shall be deposited in the local law enforcement continuing education fund established by I.C. 5-2-8-2. (Ord. 59-2007)
