70.09 Traffic Division to Investigate Accidents
70.09 TRAFFIC DIVISION TO INVESTIGATE ACCIDENTS
It shall be the duty of the Traffic Division, assisted by other police officers, to investigate traffic accidents, to arrest, and to assist in the prosecution of those persons charged with violations of law causing or contributing to the accidents. (‘72 Code, 41.02) (Ord. 1781-1960)
