70.16 VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION FEE
The City of Richmond Police Department is authorized to assess a $5.00 fee for checking vehicle identification numbers. as allowed by Indiana Code, I.C. 9-1-2-2 (1). The proceeds of the inspection fee shall be deposited in a special vehicle inspection fund for which appropriations may be made for law enforcement purposes. (Ord. 60-1988; Ord. 54-1994)
