93.01 Purpose
93.01 PURPOSE
This chapter is designated to control solid waste material in the city providing for the establishment and enforcement of rules and regulations, providing for service agreements for private haulers, establishing limitations and prohibiting certain acts causing solid waste disposal problems, and providing for fines for violations of the provisions of this chapter.
