92.01 ADOPTION OF FIRE PREVENTION CODE
There is adopted by the Common Council for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, the Fire Prevention Code recommended by the American Insurance Association, being particularly the applicable edition with applicable revisions. Not less than three copies of this Code have been and now are filed in the office of the City Clerk. The codes are adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
