90.06 AIRPORT MANAGER
(a) The Airport Manager shall at all times be the fully designated representative or agent of the Board of Aviation Commissioners in the execution of these rules and regulations.
(b) He shall at all times have the authority to take such action as may be necessary to safeguard the public in attendance at the airport as well as private or public property, (‘72 Code, 5.02, 5.04) (Ord. 1594-1956; Ord. 3159-1976)
