90.08 Aviation Operator Registration
90.08 AVIATION OPERATOR REGISTRATION
(a) All aviation operators based, stationed, or employed on the airport premises or operating therefrom shall register with the Board of Aviation Commissioners, indicating their full name, address, telephone number, and nature of the activity engaged in at the airport.
(b) For the purposes of this chapter, an aviation operator is any person or organization engaged in business of an aviation nature. (‘72 Code, 5.03) (Ord. 1596-1956; Ord. 3159-1976)
