90.09 APPROVAL OF BOARD NECESSARY FOR BUSINESS ON AIRPORT
No person shall engage in any business or commercial activity of any nature whatsoever on the airport except with the approval of the Board of Aviation Commissioners and under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (‘72 Code, 5.17) (Ord. 1594-1956; Ord. 3159-1976) Penalty, see 10.99
