90.25 DAMAGE TO AIRPORT PROPERTY BY AIRCRAFT
Any person damaging any light or fixture on the airport by means of contact with an aircraft or otherwise shall be fully responsible for any damages involved. (‘72 Code, 5.08) (Ord. 1594-1956; Ord. 3159-1976) Penalty, see 10.99
