90.28 REPAIRING AIRCRAFT
No person other than a qualified mechanic shall repair an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, or apparatus in any area on the airport except that designated as a shop hangar by the RBOAC and then only under the supervision of a qualified mechanic.
