90.29 Injuring or Interfering With Equipment or Aircraft
90.29 INJURING OR INTERFERING WITH EQUIPMENT OR AIRCRAFT
(a) No person shall interfere with any aircraft or put in motion the engine of such aircraft, or use any aircraft, aircraft parts, instruments or tools, without the permission of the owner or by specific direction of the Manager for reasons of safety.
(b) No person shall interfere with, tamper with, or injure any part of the airport or any of the equipment thereon. (‘72 Code, 5.15) (Ord. 1594-1956; Ord. 3159-1976) Penalty, see 10.99
