90.40 Disorderly Conduct
90.40 DISORDERLY CONDUCT
(a) No person shall bring alcoholic beverages onto the airport, become intoxicated, commit any disorderly conduct, or generally make a nuisance of oneself on the airport.
(b) No person shall engage in or conduct gambling in any form or operate gambling devices anywhere on the airport. (‘72 Code, 5.13) (Ord. 1594-1956; Ord. 3159-1976) Penalty, see 10.99
