90.42 THROWING DEBRIS
No person shall throw paper, cigars, cigarettes, bottles, or any other material whatsoever from the observation balcony (concourse) or windows or roofs of any buildings or structures on the airport. (‘72 Code, 5.16) (Ord. 1594-1956; Ord. 3159-1976) Penalty, see 10.99
