90.43 POSTING OR DISTRIBUTING ADVERTISEMENTS OR CIRCULARS
No person shall post, distribute or display sign advertisements, circulars, or any other printed or written material at the airport except with the approval of the Manager and in such a manner as may be prescribed by him, unless permitted by reason of contractual relations between such person and the RBOAC.
