91.12 RECORDS
(a) It shall be the duty of the Animal Shelter to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of the impoundment and disposition of all animals coming into its custody. Such records shall be made available to the City and/or Health Officer on request.
(b) It shall be the duty of the Health Officer and the Richmond Police Department to keep, or cause to be kept accurate and detailed records of all animal bite cases reported to it, and its investigation of same.
