91.19 Unconstitutionality Clause
91.19 UNCONSTITUTIONALITY CLAUSE
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter be properly declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of said Chapter shall not be affected thereby.
