99.12 Effective Date for Compliance
99.12 EFFECTIVE DATE FOR COMPLIANCE
These regulations shall be effective on January 1, 1991. All persons and operators subject to these regulations shall comply with the requirements herein on and after. (Ord. 89-1990)
