96.13 Applicable Laws
96.13 APPLICABLE LAWS
In addition to the foregoing provisions of the Code relating to street construction, excavation, and installation of utilities, a permittee, including utilities, shall adhere to any other applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations governing such excavation, construction or installation, including, but not limited to, the provisions of 610 IAC 5-1-13 of the Indiana Administrative Code.
