96.20 BARBED WIRE FENCES
No person shall erect or maintain barbed wire along the line of any improved street, alley, or sidewalk of the city, or around or along any grass plot located in any street, unless the fence is at such elevation or is so located that pedestrians passing along it will not come in contact with it.
