95.32 RECKLESS DRIVING
No person shall, in any park, operate, drive, or propel, or cause or permit to be operated, driven, or propelled, any vehicle recklessly or negligently or at a speed or in such a manner as to endanger the life, limb, safety, comfort, or property of any person.
