Section 06: V.50.06 : Processing of Septic Tank Wastewater
Persons licensed by the State Health Authority shall be required to deliver the wastes to the Sewage Treatment Plant, subject to the control and provisions established by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners. (Ord. 2858-1973) Penalty, see 10.99
