(a) There is hereby created a fund of the Richmond Sanitary District to be known as the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund.
(b) The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the city shall have full, complete, and exclusive control of the fund as set out in I.C. 19-2-14-1 through 19-2-14-32, including the amount of money to be placed into the fund in each calendar year and the purpose of the fund.
(c) The monies placed in the fund shall be appropriated from those sources stipulated by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners under the appropriate appropriation statutes and in accordance with I.C. 19-2-14-28. (Ord. 9-1981)
