Section 21: V.50.21 : Notice
Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served with written notice stating the nature of the violations and provide a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction of the violation. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violation or be subject to the provisions of 10.99. (Ord. 2858-1973)
