Section 29: V.50.29 : Contract with Water Utility
The Board is authorized to enter into a contractual agreement with the local water utility for the use of its services in ascertaining water volume to be utilized in determining charges imposed by this chapter, not to preclude the possibility of billing for and collecting the charges and for the payment to it of just and reasonable compensation of its services.
