Section 31: V.50.31 : Rate Review
The Superintendent shall cause an annual report to be made concerning the effect of the industrial waste rates and charges on the person subject thereto. The report shall include the amount, character, and strength of the industrial waste discharged into the sewerage system and accounting of the revenues produced by the industrial waste rates.
