Sec. 126.07 Expiration of License
(a) Each license shall expire on December 31st and may be renewed only by making application as provided in Section 3. An application for renewal shall be made at least sixty (60) days before the expiration date.
(b) When Richmond denies renewal of a license, the applicant shall not be issued a license for one year period.
