(a)        Any person, business, or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500.00.  Each day a Sexually Oriented Business continues to operate is a separate offense or violation.

 

(b)        A person, business, or corporation who operates or causes to be operated a Sexually Oriented Business without a valid license or transfers a license (in violation of Section 126.11 of this Ordinance) is also subject to a suit for injunction.
