122.07 SEVERABILITY
The provisions of this ordinance are severable. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declarations of invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this ordinance, which shall continue in effect.
