121.04 VIEWING BOOTHS
(a) Each and every viewing booth for all film or video devices must comply with all of the following:
(1) It shall be visible from a well-illuminated continuous main aisle.
(2) It shall not be obscured by any curtain, door or other enclosure.
(3) All side or rear walls must be without holes or openings.
(4) It shall not be occupied by more than one patron at a time.
(5) It shall be illuminated by a light bulb of a wattage of no less than 25 watts.
(b) No owner, operator, employee, or agent of an amusement arcade shall violate this section and/or allow and/or permit a violation thereof to occur.
(c) No patron of any amusement arcade shall violate 121.04(a)(4) above.
(d) Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $100 for every violation. (Ord. 45-1991)
