120.11 NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS
Whenever a police officer of the city, or a person so authorized by the Board of Public Works and Safety, shall find that the owner or operator of any alarm system has committed any of the acts which have been declared unlawful by any provision of this chapter, the officer shall give notice to the person of the violation in the manner directed in this ordinance.
