Section 59.07 STORMWATER SERVICE RATE ESTABLISHMENT PROCEDURES
(A) Basis for Charge. The stormwater service charge is designed to recover the cost of rendering stormwater service to the users of the stormwater system, and shall be the basis for assessment of the stormwater service charge. This rate is established so as to maintain adequate fund reserves to provide for reasonably expected variations in the cost of providing services, as well as variations in the demand for services.
(B) Charge for single-family residential properties. The stormwater service charge for all single-family residential properties shall be $3.00 per month, based upon all single-family residential properties having a single ERU. If a billing is for stormwater service of less than one month, billing shall be on a per-diem basis.
(C) Charges for all properties other than single-family residential properties: The stormwater service charge for all properties other than single-family residential properties shall be a fixed customer charge of $1.50 per month per parcel plus a variable rate of $1.50 per month charge for each ERU assessed on said property.
